Unlike conventional gel colours, the unique blend of Colour Mill loves the fats & oils in your baking. It dyes and disperses the colouring using these oils, allowing you to achieve a rich & vibrant result.

Colour Mill Oil Blend pigments love all the delicious fats and butters in your baking and works best with Buttercreams, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Fondant, Ganache, Cake Batter & more.

White - A must-have in every caker & baker’s tool kit. Use it to create your very own custom Colour Mill shades, to neutralise the yellow tones in your buttercream and chocolate or on its own for crisp & clean caking.

Baby Pink - A pastel pink that’s soft & sweet but sure to pack a punch. 

Merlot - Merlot schmerlo, forget the wine and get your hands our deepest shade of red. A must-have shade that will warm you up when the weather starts to cool down.

Directions:
Before you get started, use the bottle lid to pop a hole in the seal and give the bottle a good shake. Colour Mill pigments pack a punch so take it slow when colouring, starting with just a few drops and mixing as you go. Tip: If you have time and for the best results, let your mixture sit overnight. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
