How to Use: Dissolve 25g of egg white powder in 175mL of water. Recipe makes equivalent of 200g fresh egg whites.

How to Use: Simply add Titanium Dioxide directly into your mixture to create a bright, even white colour. Use in white chocolate and buttercream to eliminate any yellow undertones, and in jelly to achieve an opaque, solid base colour.

Tylose Powder: Elevate your cake decorating with LOYAL's Tylose Powder. A premium quality, ultra-fine CMC powder. Perfect for hardening fondant, this versatile product is ideal for creating intricate figurines, delicate sugar flowers, and stunning decorations that hold their shape.

Usage Instructions:

  • Fondant: Mix 1tsp of CMC with 250g of fondant to create durable modelling paste
  • Edible Glue: Mix 1/4tsp Tylose Powder with 2tbsp of warm water. Leave overnight to develop.
