This chocolate Pettinice Ready-to-Roll fondant icing by Bakels is a great tasting, easy to handle and perfect for covering cakes, cookies and cupcakes. It is pre coloured saving you the hassle of mixing large quantities of colouring. By simply add white fondant icing you can even lighten the colour. Moulding - For some it can be very time consuming to knead colours into white icing particularly when you need to achieve strong vibrant colours. Quick and easy colourful designs can be achieved with Bakels Ready to Roll Coloured Icings. You can be really creative and add instant coloured decorations to cakes, cupcakes, muffins and biscuits.

Instructions: Remove the required amount of icing and knead gently by hand until it is smooth. On a clean flat bench surface, dust with icing sugar or cornflour, roll out icing to the required thickness. Place the icing over the cake and smooth down gently. Trim off any excess edges.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
